Error installing extension! #18

Hi I got the following error installing the extension

RESOURCE_ERROR at /deployments/firebase-ext-firestore-user-document/resources/backfillExistingUsers: {"ResourceType":"gcp-types/cloudfunctions-v1:projects.locations.functions","ResourceErrorCode":"400","ResourceErrorMessage":"Build failed: npm ERR! I installed again and seems to be working, although it didn't Backfill existing users

Same error here. I'll try re-installing as suggested here.

So yeah... I didn't re-install because I won't get the users backfilled. The other two functions are working just fine.

node 14 and 16 is deprecated
