Reverts roxas75/rxTools#350

The change I do do that rxtools print always "installation failed"

What? It doesn't need reverting. What are you even talking about? The installation data suite? When is the last time you updated your rxtools? The required firm files have changed a good bit ago. There is no more firmware.bin. use the current cdn_download.py for o3ds and N3DS needs the encrypted firm from Cakehax, renamed to rxTools/firm/0004013820000002.bin

If you reach Data Installation, then CakeHax and CakesBrah work. Your issue is completely unrelated ;)
