removed old files, added/updated docs to BETA, edited makefile to
reflect current QSG version.
old image files deleted as already included in docs.
old format rxtools deleted as out of date and format no longer needed.
docs folder now consists of only:
QuickStartGuide.pdf
rxTools.pdf
editors_guide.txt
this is a reup (3rd time lucky) of previous pulls the only change since the last issue is:
a dead ref. to cakes encrypted firm that was missed in the last edit.
quickstartguide is now fully upto date.
rxtools is currently WIP and will then be replaced and named "rxTools_manual.pdf"
quickstart guide is curently appended with BETA and should remain so until 3.0 final release, providing no further edits need to be made this can just be renames to "QuickStartGuide_v3.0.pdf".
