merge other open pull, which uses old/original filename escaped in makefile. fixes same issue, no point fixing it twice

merge other open pull, which uses old/original filename escaped in makefile. fixes same issue, no point fixing it twice
changed file name and makefile to fix windows compile issue.
aswell as a name change the .pdf also included the minor issue fix mentioned in issue #411
(issue given a mention in WIP full manual)
