no response from gear #17

hey man, your work looks amazing, but it doesn't seem to work on my end. when i boot it up it seems to freeze all current light effects. if i boot it up with no effects on my gear turns blue. i am using a black widow v2 with a mamba tournament edition. thanks for your time my dawg

update: all synapse equipment just turns light blue.

Same still happening for me, unfortunately. It looks so amazing and I'm very excited to use it but the app is unable to work with the current updates. Hope it will be solved one day, but regardless it's still great work!
