Document sources #156

The completion sources provided with NCM should be documented somewhere, so someone doesn't need to look through the code to find out if a particular source is provided.

All sources are listed on the README page.

The sources are listed, but not the built in source names, which are necessary to modify anything within the configuration of the plugin.
