Add Python docstring Optional Configuration Tip #163

I created an issue for this ( https://github.com/roxma/nvim-completion-manager/issues/132 ) and @LaBatata101 did as well (https://github.com/roxma/nvim-completion-manager/issues/162 ), so maybe other people can use the code as well. Thanks for the awesome plugin!

According to the comments on https://stackoverflow.com/a/26022965/2958070 , that can close the window before typing the arguments (meaning you can't read the docs as you type your args). Of course, that might be what some people want, but I don't think it's an unconditionally better solution. Maybe we could link to the StackOverflow question in the README and people could choose their favorite.
