Have you created a fork of the repository? It would be easier to see the changes in that context.

No I didn't. I'm not truly aware with github. For the moment l’m working only in my side when ive time. I'm working to make my own doc mainly in french. I manage very well astm and well HL7 output format but not C# and visual studio. I'm almost a field engineer and application specialist rather a developer. I connected universaLIS with an instrument simulator and send ASTM frames. I saw the outcome and try to improve. I don't know if it will fit all my needs but for the moment It seems to be one of the best github projet i saw about l’m looking for. I saw some lacks ( i.e: Comment frame) but it's not relevant for the moment. If you want more details. I can share the file modified or try to fork the projet
