Escriny/OCW: be able to toggle settings #36

Don't need to be instantaneously. Maybe by reloading the page, like adBlockPlus. We should then need to add a disclaimer in settings menu: reload all current pages for all changes to apply.

The message has been placed. We need just to set up the option return or not. Seems easy.
