214 TV: Stream PPV - Trailer only scenario for upcoming releases

There will be scenarios where an item is promoted before there is a main event available to watch. In this situation, there is no video to play, but there is a trailer. In such a situation we should:

  1. Remove the video watch option.
  2. Tell the user when the event is to become available (retrieved from Prismic): 'Available on dddd mm HH:MM'. We need to check if we can adjust date/time for local time zone.
  3. Once the availability date has been reached then this item is treated as a normal item, and 'watch now' functions in the same way as every other item
