Need State and Region filters #4

In the search area, where I have indicated, add two dropdowns. See first screenshot. 1) State 2) Region

These should match the "state_province" and "region" database fields - see second screenshot. These should be populated with all distinct values from the database. The user can choose one, or both. The filter should AND with any other search done below. If either of these are selected, then disable the "Search Location" google maps field.
