Ctrl+Shift+Letter crashes ssh #339

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an ssh session
2. Ctrl+Shift+(any letter) crashes ssh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the key combination to be sent as expected.

What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?
Mintty 1.1b1, Cygwin 2.774.

Please provide any additional information below.
I disable the Ctrl+Shift+Letter shortcuts option which allows me to send
additional key combinations to the console (however, this seems to be the
opposite of what the option indicates). This allows me to bind additional
shortcuts to emacs.

This works perfectly in my local Cygwin environment but it crashes my ssh
session.

I'm not certain if this is a problem with Mintty or not.. but I thought this
was the best place to ask since it is a Mintty feature.

Works for me, with two Linux ssh servers I tried. Please provide more
information on how to reproduce the issue and what happens to the ssh session.

All mintty does here is to send the characters documented at
http://code.google.com/p/mintty/wiki/Keycodes#Ctrl, so given that it's working
locally, it seems very unlikely that this is a mintty issue.
