Restart "Menu" when right-clicking in the title bar #349

Hello

By analogy TO PUTTY, would it be possible to have a "restart" menu when 
right-clicking in the title bar of MINTTY.

I find it useful with PUTTY, after a network disconnection, and if i want to 
"re-launch" the connection in the same window (instead of doing NEW-AltF2 and 
closing the disconnected MINNTY window).

I'm afraid that wouldn't work in mintty, because it doesn't know about remote 
connections you might have started inside it, so 'Restart' couldn't reestablish 
such a connection.
