Quick-change window size to full height #350

Double click on the title bar changes the window to full screen.
An option would be nice to quickly change to full screen height only, 
width unchanged.
Suggestion: Shift-double-click.
(Optionally, Control-double-click could change to full width only.)

In Windows 7 (and presumably 8), you can already do this for any window by 
double-clicking on the upper or lower window edge. I don't want to invest 
effort into a mintty-specific solution for older Windows versions.
