Under Windows 7, the location bar of Windows Explorer can act as a command 
line.  It is very convenient to open a Windows command window to the currently 
open directory by typing: "Alt-D" (selects command line) ; "cmd" .  When 
invoked in the same way, mintty instead opens in its default directory.  It 
would be very convenient to mimic the behavior of "cmd" in this context.
