Connect to Spotify and get info for band details page

[x] Look for band hometown.
[x] Get ratings for each song, maybe.
[x] Add property for whether or not a default image exists.

Spotify does not provide hometown information. The best I could get for the song rating is a populartiy rating between 0 and 100. 100 being most popular.
