basic updates are done.

official server architecture has changed quite a bit and will need to be looked at.

more testing and research needed

I've added support for the new official GameLift servers, and that pretty much covers support for 1.19.1.

I'm expecting 1.19.1 or 1.20 to release somewhere in the next few weeks.
