Add to config file bool to allow users enable or disable what they want or not

Allow also to put a custom user channel (or many channels, like for Twitch) for the YouTube monitor and a custom channel on Discord.

Hope this get added soon, this bot is the best I found on GitHub!

this would be great to be able to disable some features that I don't want.
