Refactor Command Service and Sessions #13

Feature Description:

currently CommandService and Session are coupled together and the interface for interaction between them is not defined and complicated.

Expected Behavior:

separating CommandService and Session to separate files command.go, session.go
only functions that are available to CommandService should be public
