Feature: CI Test Stage using Github workflows #19

Feature Description:

a good CI stage to run test and requiring us all not to break anything before merging a PR to develop/master could help us a lot!

Expected Behavior:

write a github workflow to run all the test in out project on every PR and allowing merges only on passed test PRs
