Dial back doesn't work on the N8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the dial back feature
2. Downloading the contacts also fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should try to have Google Voice call you back with the phone number you 
provided.   The error that is returned is "no fallback dial methods"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.800 Symbian^3 (Anna) 025.007

This is a known problem. It crashes whenever I enable fallback dial on Symbian, 
so I disabled fallback dial.

On an N8 - I sometimes I get 'No fallback dial methods' and sometimes get 'Dial 
successful to +[0-9]{10}' .. however no call arrives, nor do I see in the 
'placed call' log in google voice web console.

Please advise as to what more information you need and how we can get this to 
work on the n8

Further, the logs say:

Date/Time: "Dial successful to ...."
Date/time: "failed to dial out. Response to dial out request ="

Date/Time: 
GVAccess: Cannont complete the work because it is not current!
current = "0: unknown". requested ="4:dialCallback"

still have a problem.
