Dial out calls can't be made #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose dial out.
2. Dial Number
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the call to go through. Instead, the call goes 
through my voice plan (fall back), but still it can't go through.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.800 on Symbian Anna

Please provide any additional information below.

Again, while call back features do work, the dial out option doesn't. Please 
see above. Thank you.

A new version is now available on the Ovi Store.
Please install it and if it still has an error, please send me the logs using 
the "Send Logs" button in the app.
