Qgvdial app no longer opens after Belle FP1 update #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download and install Belle FP1 update (includes QT4.8 upgrade)
2. Qgvdial app no longer opens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App just won't open. No error messages.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I think it's ver 0.3.919 in the OVI store on my Nokia 701 Belle FP1. Worked 
fine on Nokia Belle before FP1 update.

Please provide any additional information below.
Could this be related to Qt4.8 compatibility issues described below under 
Interpretation of Directory Paths maybe?

Is FP1 an OTA update or do you have to download something?

Probably not important, but 1 correction: it's ver 0.3.917 (not 919).
