Failed to retrieve registered phones - can't make calls #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After Login you get this message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That it let me make calls

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.1043 windows 7 32bits

Please provide any additional information below.
I am from Canada and I don't use any google number, but I can use Google voice 
and place calls from voice.google.com using my gmail account. But I wanted an 
application to easily do this instead of going in my Gmail. But after I login I 
got the error message "Failed to retrieve registered phones" and If I go in 
dial pad and try to dial a number I get the following error message "Account 
not configured" .  Where do I do that configuration, I don't see it anywhere.  
Is it only work if you have Google number ?

qgvdial requires that you have a number associated with your Google Voice 
account.
The ability to make calls without that isn't as yet available.
I know this is a limitation for many non-US users, but getting that to work 
will require a lot of time.

For the moment, there's nothing I can do about this bug.
