Qgvdial do not open (Nokia E6, Belle firmw) #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download Qgvdial from ovi store
2. install it
3. launch it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would love to see and use qgvdial to make some gvoice call!, instead the app 
do not launch.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Last available on ovi store, on Nokia E6 under Belle.

Please provide any additional information below.

I try many way to setup google voice account (using sip account, etc...) I 
heard about the app and not working, am I condamned to not use my google voice 
account to save money?
