Dial Back Successful #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attempting to make a call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I attempt to make a phone call, but receive this message instead: "dial back 
successful" 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
recent download from BB World to BBQ10

Please provide any additional information below.
I am able to text but not make a phone call

On the dial page of qgvdial, please click the button at the top.
Select the appropriate dialing method - for example "This phone (12223334444)".
Initiate the call again.
