Launch OPH from W7 System Recovery Disk command line #367

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I boot on W7 System Recovery Disk (USB stick). I have copied the OPH folder on 
the stick. I open the command line, go to C: (where the OPH folder is, go to 
the folder, launch the exe).

I get an "Application Error" (red x) "The application was unable to start 
correctly (0xc0000135)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0 Beta. W7 System Recovery Disk
