使用 Ctrl + A 无法全选正在编辑的代码

在当前版本的 小熊猫C++ 中，使用 Ctrl + A 无法全选正在编辑的代码，或者说，其实已经选中了，但是编辑器中没有显式的提示

今天这个现象又发生了，我猜这是由于编辑器探测到的意料之外的用法太多时出现的异常

最新版本的 小熊猫C++ 中，经过两天时间的测试，此事件不再发生，即将关闭此 issue。
