Cannot add folders to the Project Explorer in v3.2 #506

I have long customized my source code layout into sub-directories, and this was no problem in the v2.x releases. Please fix this, I cannot create new projects using my layout

You can try right-clicking the project, and select "switch to custom view" in the context menu.
