Added a patch so it can compile under OSX 10.6 #3

I tried to compile your software under OSX, but couldn't. It was missing a few things, so I patched it, used the platform macro APPLE and here it goes. I still did not test it on the wild, but in one hour or two I'll do it.

it now works for real, you can merge it with your upstream ! ;)
