Expand parallel support #73

Fix a couple bugs for parallel dual number
Add StandardType support for DynamicStdArrayWrapper and SemiDynamicSparseNumberArray
Change unit testing such that we can specify METAPHYSICL_RUN which gives us the ability to run in parallel
Run previously not run pde_unit test
Remove some clang warnings from -Wimplicit-const-int-float-conversion

@roystgnr let me know if you are ok with the idea of a METAPHYSICL_RUN which allows parallel testing of our parallel unit test(s). That will determine what all I put into the CIVET recipe for MetaPhysicL
