Magnifying glass for quick-look PDF zoom #1105

A modifier key + mouse-click tool to quickly zoom into the (embedded) pdf 
viewer would be great. 

For use-case example: I have my embedded pdf viewer open, with zoom set rather 
low so that I can view more than a page (helps me to quickly scan the 
document). I frequently want to make sure I've set a citation correctly in a 
document, or check the axis labels on an imported graphic are big enough, etc, 
etc. To do this I need to zoom in using whatever command or clicks are 
necessary, and then zoom back out again afterwards. A single click with a 
key-press would be much much quicker.

with ctrl + mouse wheel (standard shortcut for a lot of soft), you can zoom in 
and out the document.
