multirow #1421

There is currently no way to perform \multirow. Any attempts to use multirow 
return the following error:

! Undefined control sequence.
<recently read> \multirow
l.10 \multirow

I downloaded multirow.sty from CTAN, but was unable to get it to work.

The ability to do \multirow would make the tabular wizard complete, but I would 
be happy just being able to add multirow.

The attached file comes from http://www.andy-roberts.net/writing/latex/tables 
as an example.

Your trouble is not related with the editor but it's a general latex question : 
you should ask for it on a latex forum (this tracker is only related to the 
texmaker's code)
