Unfortunately the OAuth 1.0 spec does not include a pure JS flow. The OAuth 2.0
spec does, and that's what the GWT library does.
OAuth 1.0 could easily be implemented in a GWT application but most of the
actual work would be done on the server in regular Java code, and there are
plenty of existing Java libraries to manage that. Personally I recommend

Hi
In that case, can you create an implementation of oauth 1.0 in a GWT
application? That uses server side java code to actually do the heavy
lifting? Even that would be very helpful...If you cannot create
the implementation, can you point me to a good how to or wiki explaining how
to do this?
Thanks and Regards,
Arvind.

I could, but again, most of the code would be in the server-side Java code, the
only parts that would have anything to do with GWT would be links to open the
server-side pages, and that's a.) easily done using Anchors, and b.) something
that will usually depend heavily on each application's requirements.
