Has been brought to my attention that wintc-taskband fails to start, because for some reason libwintc-shelldpa isn't finding the libwnck-3.so library on the machine.
I have done some testing that libwnck-3.so.0 does work, it's a bit odd though that this is necessary. Solution will be to have it attempt a few possible names before giving up.
