NTS - Remember to look into XFWM #742 #216

Open ticket on upstream XFWM4 GitLab for supporting stretched pixmaps: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/issues/742

This would allow for 100% accurate Luna, Slate, and Windows Classic themes, due them requiring horizontal gradients. If no one else picks it up I would like to look at it after finishing up the logonui work in #205

This ticket is a reminder so I don't forget to look into this on their issue tracker

Implementation works, going to have to tidy up some of the code and commit history before it will be worth an MR upstream image

My MR was merged this morning, so this should arrive with XFCE 4.20's release. :partying_face:
