Explorer - switch to Internet Explorer mode for HTTP(S) addresses #303

Kind of a blocker for other features since this affects a lot of how explorer itself works. Explorer windows need to be able to switch to/from Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer 'mode', updating the UI and such.

Pretty much all functional, just getting the deps mapped on other distros and testing... image

As an aside... doesn't look half bad in Adwaita - though will need to at some point deal with the icon theme stuff a bit better. I introduced some fallback bits, but clearly needs more work. image
