A better way to launch regsvc might be via a .service entry for DBus, I guess it should be activated upon requesting the service name?

On Debian these are under /usr/share/dbus-1/services
/usr/share/dbus-1/services
Look into these entries to see about writing on for regsvc, try it out, and then get it deployed correctly on the other distros.
