Per title - create the network indicator / Connect To support in the tray. Use libnm for this (NetworkManager).

Getting there with this, needs a bit more testing - will need to follow up with a control panel applet for managing the network connections.

NetworkManager not present on FreeBSD... does complicate things a little bit. :thinking: (investigate networkmgr functionality, think it's a self contained thing, no libs)

Excluding FreeBSD from this feature for now, will open a separate issue to work on an alternative implementation for it.
