Noto Sans CJK JP concised the size (restrict the char number), make a subset, then convert to woff/woff2 Put the woff files to server

only the normal weight does not show well by h1, h2, ... so added bolder ones in addition checked in edge an IE, fine

the body web font may be a little heavy screen

think change it to Light or DemiLight
