Move the definition of the variables, which are used outside and inside of the nested function (obj_fun) as well, outside of said function.
Indicate in the README which Matlab file to run to perform a calibration.

I could not fully test it because I do not have anymore the Global Optimization Toolbox. After the changes I get an error that the Global Optimization Toolbox is missing. @Jungle-13 could you check if the code on this branch runs for you?
