Place straight bet v1 is deprecated #8

But there's no v2 for placing straight bets in your wonderful wrapper. Could you please fix that?)

I have pushed an update to a new branch, it should fix this issue. However I have no way of testing this at the moment due to country restriction, would be a huge help if you could test?
