Adds support for the Blok microcontroller. Based on the documentation of Peg.
Personal test of all examples was successful.

Examples:

rainbow
reset_to_usb_boot
usb_keyboard_input

I have now published this crate on crates.io. https://crates.io/crates/boardsource-blok I tried to add you as an owner as well, but crates.io will not accept your username. I assume it's a github permissions issue, maybe this only really works if you've published a crate before
