Use workspace depdencies. #44

Should make managing boards much easier.

This looks like a nice improvement, thank you! Just out of curiosity: Are there any known disadvantages of those workspace dependencies? I looked up the first cargo version to support workspace dependencies: 1.64. As that's also the MSRV of rp2040-hal, it should be fine to use them in rp-hal-boards.

I don't know of any disadvantages, but I've never used workspaces like this either, so it's the first time.
