Make^H^H^H Tag a release? #14

I propose a push-early, push-often approach to this one. I can't see any harm in at least putting out a 0.1.0 release, so that crates can starting depending on it.

There's already a 0.1.1 release

Oh. Can I suggest that we tag whatever we upload to crates.io, and turn the tag into a Github release? And that we mention that release in CHANGELOG.md?
