Sorry about that: a file didn't get added to git. Now fixed in release 3.2, Thanks for trying to build it: please try again.

F-Droid doesn't seem to have tried again :-(

It's not updated automatically because version code is not bumped. But anyway, 2 years later, https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/9238.
