Find home job (step 5) hangs in the largest datasets #9

Find home process hangs in NY. Improve code not to manage large iterations on a cursor. Add an indentifier to an user that the code is unable to locate and specify a reason.

@Emman-Lopez-Oso A new version is available that is running nicely on my computer. Its time expensive. Total estimated running time for NY: 7 days. If the process is stoped it can be safely restarted from where it ended. It can be also restarted from other member of the team. But it is not designed to be run from many computers at the same time. It is currently running in my computer.
