Infra recorder project generated has unicode issues in windows #9

For some reason utf-8 to utf-16 conversion after the generated
infrarecorder project does not work in windows. The project file looks okay
in linux, but it looks garbled in windows.

Fixed the Infrarecorder project encoding. Needed to strip the leading and 
trailing
spaces of each
line of the ERB generated project string before converting to utf-16le. Then 
only
iconv produced
valid output in windows. Note this issue is not in linux. See revision 21.
