Some new feature #21

Here are the actual version I use for a while, with some new feature

allow to specify if executable path is in source, install, or absolute
generate code block to have target executable list (I use it with rt-run.el)
add tool option custom
use "all" when no target is specified
check if generator is Makefile or Ninja to retrieve build target list

Maybe some modification are too "personal" feel free to ask me to clean/update/generalize some of them.
