program hangs and does not synchronize

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run program
2. Set approach directory links, select options
3. Synchronize

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect it to batch process and geotag all files. Instead the program hangs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.30 - 2012

Please provide any additional information below.

Please advise if I am doing something wrong or this is a program error.
